Went to Costco today. They had the remaining ones marked down to $50. So, I bought another to count down to Christmas. Very nice. We went through another 8-9 cans of this last night. Some of the beers labeled as Vienna, Marzen, Festbier, etc. were quite a bit lighter than I imagined they would be. But I haven't had a bad one yet. The Hallertau Hopfen Cuvee thing was really nice.

I destroyed the Discovery pack, a blue Chimay , and topped that off with a couple of homebrew IPA's. Surprisingly, I don't feel too bad this morning.

Started my second Advent Calendar tonight. Going to do it in order this time. #1 was Schnitzlbaumer Hell, and this time I did notice the grape-like flavor that tommymorris mentioned... Didn't notice it before.

I only opened 1, 2, 3, & 4 to put them in the fridge. I noticed #3 was different from my first 2022 calendar. This one had Furst Carl Pils for #3, the first one had Landgang Pils.
I didn't get Alms Hell at all this year, but I did get it last year.
3 of the beers in my first 2022 calendar were not in the picture of the 2022 beers that I posted earlier. I think they make random substitutions when they run out...

I think they make random substitutions when they run out... I think so too. There were some differences. That said, the beers were solid and served a great purpose here. One of my sisters was here just prior to Thanksgiving and we were hanging at my dad's place. I told them about the beers and brought some over there and we were drinking out of small beer glasses. Each of these 16 oz cans filled up all three of our glasses perfectly so I guess the glasses were around 6oz. Then we would talk about each one (this one is darker, I liked the last one better, this one is super clear, etc) and we just kept tipping them back. The ones I have left are the odd ones (for me)... Weizenbock, Hefeweizen, Stout, the pale ale with the chick in the bathing suit, etc. I might gift some of those to a friend.
