3068 for the yeast. I can't keep a weiss cloudy. They all start "hefe" and in a couple of weeks are "krystall". 60/40 wheat/Barke Munich, 15 IBU w/ 60 min addition only. OG 1.052 Not being a big wheat fan, I do love them when they "kristall."

Certainly looks the part! I can almost smell it!
I picked up some Lallemand East Coast Ale yeast the other day on impulse... Looks like one of these is in my future.

Nice drez! My NEIPA's tend to lose head quickly, that looks good.
Anyone have a beermosa? NEIPA's are pretty good for them.

Good looking APA. Here is another of my Spelt "Rustic" lager from yesterday. I smashed a finger between two rocks and I used this to kill the pain.

A perfect pale ale in a pilsner glass, don’t judge I've got one of those glasses & use it all the time on IPA's. One of my favorite glasses.

I have to repost this one from the old board. It's one of my favorite beer-porn shots of a pale lager that cooperated nicely in the clarity department. that's crazy pale. what was the grain bill?

I have to repost this one from the old board. It's one of my favorite beer-porn shots of a pale lager that cooperated nicely in the clarity department. that's crazy pale. what was the grain bill? That might NOT be as pale as I have ever made. A recent helles was even more pale. The beer in that shot was probably 7 pounds of pilsner, 2 pounds of Vienna and a pound of flaked corn for 5 gallons. That shot was prior to making some LO adjustments. More... I think I posted that last one in the helles thread. That's 90% pilsner and 10% Munich 1.
