I pulled the trigger on an Anvil Foundry 6.5 Gallon electric all-in-one brewing system with the recirculation pump kit. 6.5 Gallon Anvil FoundryI believe they are now taking pre-orders for mid-May shipment. It brews 2.5-3 gallon batches. This will be my main brewery. I also have a Pico C (5L batches) and I'm going to dabble with induction/sous vide BIAB brewing experiments. For all-in-one systems, the Foundry looks to be the best bang-for-the-buck. Also, they're the only ones who offer a small-batch version!

I am slowly gravitating towards an all in one, I really am. And the Anvil and Brewzilla are of my interest

I've been thinking about a robobrew, just cause they're cheap and so am I.
I have all the equipment, so it's hare to pull the trigger though.

Nice buy! It's crazy how cheap these things are. I remember when every semi-auto system on the market was multiple thousands of dollars. The early Sabco systems were just kegs, burners and a rudimentary RIMS control system and they were like $4500!

Either of the two models are at very nice price points. I believe Anvil is the budget price point brand from Blichmann. So you are going with a solid and trusted name.
My last two purchases of a 10 gallon Spike kettle and a Hydra chiller will pretty much pay for the small Anvil system. So yeah, these systems are getting cheap.

During the holidays, I picked up two 7.5 gallon anvil bucket fermenters. Love em! I may pick up a 3rd and use it as a dedicated kettle sour fermenter.

I got rid of my conicals to go back to plastic buckets a few years ago. The bucket format is so much more homebrewer friendly. I was actually planning on fermenting in my SS kettle to keep the "bucket" format when I went to larger batches. I didn't know someone was making a SS "bucket" fermenter.

They are the best of both worlds; ease of a bucket, and mimics the function of a conical. They are built solid as a rock!

I have Chapman Steeltanks for a while because they were the cheapest option that I could modify for what I want. I just recently moved to a Spike Flex+ and plan to get a second soon.

I may have seen those back then but it didn't dawn on me as bucket replacement. I was all gung ho on using plastic again, too, so I probably ignored it. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Only a few mods over the past 15 yrs.
