Nice buy! It's crazy how cheap these things are. I remember when every semi-auto system on the market was multiple thousands of dollars. The early Sabco systems were just kegs, burners and a rudimentary RIMS control system and they were like $4500! I bought my Sabco in 2005 for $3500. Worth every penny. Only a few mods over the past 15 yrs. I think Sabco was the first system I saw that sparked true lust in my heart...

Is the general consensus on these that the pump is worth the extra $100 or whatever they charge? I'm eyeing up the bigger model once they are back in stock.

It was the first homebrewer sized three vessel system you could get IIRC. It was definitely the height of the craft at that time.
