I had a pouch of Omega 113 (Mexican Lager) in my fridge that I knew was old but when I blew the dust off of it the date was "USE BY MARCH 2023". 
I made an SNS starter with it on Tuesday afternoon thinking that if it didn't wake up I would use the dry Baja yeast I also have in the fridge. I've been watching this thing and when I got up this morning it was active. So making a simple beer late this afternoon .. 65% Avangard Pils, 35% Swaen Dark Munich (8L), Magnum hops early, Hallertau Mittelfruh hops late, Omega 113. 5%, SRM 6, IBU 24. Haven't brewed in a couple months so looking forward to this.
