Ordered materials yesterday to build a new shed. They should be here Thursday, just in time for the weather to heat up ti the mid 80's and low 90's. Can not win this year.

It's brutal out there this weekend. I think I'll be doing inside work.

I had to clean up the patio/court area today because we're having a few people over tomorrow for my sons birthday. It was awful. I still need to pressure wash the court a bit more but i'm waiting until later in the day. I can't handle being out there anymore.

This may be the dumbest thing I've ever wasted 3hrs on except for going to see the movie "Eyes Wide Shut" I had a wall mount hose reel I didn't want to screw into my new siding. My FIL gave me a little wood rack too small to do anything with. I extended the back U-bars with chain link fence top rail to make the handle and a piece on the bottom for a foot, welded bedrail across it to screw the reel mount to, put old charcoal grille wheels on it, and welded one of my wife's metal stars on it cuz she wanted me to. Now it's a mobile hose reel cart. Thin thin stuff. Like welding paper. Not sure what's wrong with me sometimes. Attachments:

Looks good. That thin stuff is a PITA and a good reason to bull out the TIG welder.

Not as awesome as Jkor's patio but I am happy with this deck addition and new place to drink.

Holy shizzle, Drez... that is AWESOME!
I actually missed JKor's finished patio after all the razzing I gave him about finishing it. It's also awesome. I wonder what the poles are for. A canopy of some sort? Strings of lights?

Thanks guys. Next to the couch are a couple of whiskey barrels I have had for a few years. They were half filled with water and it smelled awesome when I dumped it. I had dreams to fill them but 30g (each) is too much work for me these days but they make great tables.
