I have about 6 jalapenos and 2 poblano peppers that I am looking for something to do with. My family is not crazy about hot stuff so I am not sure what to do. My first though is to roast them with some tomatillos and make salsa verde and use that with some pork in the instant pot but I am open to options.

I like the salsa idea and also making some kind of sauce/marinade for just about anything including pork, chicken or steak. I feel like the flavor of jalapenos is still really good if you take the seeds and membrane out and then the family will avoid the spice. Also, I seem to remember DJ making a Pablano Cream Ale or something... what do you think of that? Finally, I recently had some peppers (including pablanos) and I cut them and put them into a bag with some EVOO or avocado oil and I just grilled them and served them next to whatever else I made. I think there were slivers of red onion in there too. But I had cut the pablanos and then I wiped my upper lip and about 10 minutes later my face was red and my upper lip was burning. I got some rogue pablanos. They're not supposed to have heat but holy shizzle were they hot... even after I had them on the grill! So be careful out there.
