Hey Fellas, anyone ever done it and if so, what’s your method. I’m thinking 225F for maybe 2-2.5 hours?

When I smoked eggs they were always pre boiled, wrapped in sausage and smoked (Scotch eggs).

Sorry, late to this party...
I've done them a few times to make smoked deviled eggs. Take hard-boiled egss, peel them, put them in the smoker at 225 F with a tray of ice directly underneath the rack the eggs are on. You only want to smoke them a little bit as they take up the smoke pretty readily, 15-20 min is plenty.

Revisiting this. I peeled some hard boiled eggs and put them in the smoker with the Amazen smoke tube and cold smoked them for just under 2 hours and they came out fantastic. I too used a tray of ice to keep the temp under 100F in the south Florida heat. The Amazen is a fantastic tool for cold smoking salmon and cheese too.
