It looks simple. 23 IBUs? You're getting soft on us. Also, CaraMunich in a Pilsner?! Just kidding, I'm sure I've done that too. I don't know that I have ever used WLP835. How is it?

I love the simplicity as this is what I have been striving for in all of my beers lately. Caramunich has taken the driver seat when I need a little caramel. Most other crystal's are dying of boredom in my vittle vaults except for C40.

I brew a ton of beers with Barke Pils as my sole malt. It can absolutely carry a beer.
