I love a good Bolognese sauce. I'm making Mario Batali's rendition this evening for the umpteenth time. It's awesome. Especially with homemade pasta.

Yeah, that looks legit too. I think the key is to not hurry the sauce to let the flavors develop. I spent about 4 hours on mine.
