I saw that. She seemed like a cool lady. For her to be taken out by the Rona... that really sucks. She survived three seasons of Gilligan's Island so you'd think the Rona would be a piece of cake.

I believe that Tina Louise/Ginger is now the only surviving member. This should finally lay to rest the age old question but there are some sickos out there

I think it's just getting started if you watch the idiots here in Ca. The big Dummy is throwing a superspreader party at Mar-A-Lago

I think it's just getting started if you watch the idiots here in Ca. The big Dummy is throwing a superspreader party at Mar-A-Lago Im in central california and it seems alot of people have just sort of given up or just lost the will to care. Lots of holiday get togethers, the parks have alot more kids running and playing together, ALOT more tourists. I mean, these arent outrageous things to desire-holidays with family, your kids getting to play, a vacation, but we are definitely seeing the consequences, and apparently the vaccine rollout has been bumbled to no end.

Every once in awhile I find myself looking at where I am... the grocery store or a Target or maybe the airport or a carwash, etc. and I just realize how much activity there is and how many people are SO close to a lot of other people. Then I envision an infectious disease doctor thinking, "These people don't get it. We need people to isolate and keep their distance better than this". Trust me, I'm going insane just being at home, not really going anywhere, 24° outside and a layer of crunchy snow on the ground, endless dark and overcast skies day after day. But I'm going to do my best to do it properly and not be someone who contributes to the numbers.

ditto ken, although its much easier for me to get outside thanks to the mild climate here. Some days I find myself absolutely irritated at it all though. I keep telling myself, this will pass, but holy SH** does it seem to be dragging on

ditto ken, although its much easier for me to get outside thanks to the mild climate here. Some days I find myself absolutely irritated at it all though. I keep telling myself, this will pass, but holy SH** does it seem to be dragging on When the weather was nice here, it felt like there was no virus... for the most part. I could sit outside, listen to music, grill, swim, watch baseball, go for a bike ride, hit up a local brewery and sit outside there, get back on my bike, etc. I was going to be doing those things anyway. Yes, I had a mask and hand sanitizer on me but it felt like it was much easier to handle. Now we're in the dark months and the virus is making it much darker. The news, the numbers, unrelenting cases and deaths... holy shizzle. What peeves me is the people who don't seem to want to believe it's real. Still... after all of this. People not wearing masks or wearing it wrong, some assbag tested positive and then got onto a United flight anyway. WTF!
