We are staying in an apartment for a few months. I expect homebrewing will not be an option there.
Maybe I can score an Anvil foundry 6.5 gallon and live with 120 vac.

I thought you said there was a garage! Just bustin' yo bawls. It will give you an opportunity to sample the local product and then inspire you for when you get your brewery set up.

We will see what I csn get away with. My boss in TN is a homebrewer. If I share my new Foundry, maybe he will let me keep my fermenting beer at his house.

I think you’re gonna find folks around here are very accommodating.
If your boss is a member of a brew club, and you explain your situation at a meeting, you might find a fellow brewer will loan you a brewday or three on their system and fermentation situation until you get on your feet.
You might have to buy a box or two of bottles to get it into your new digs but you’ll be sippin the nectar of the brew gods sooner than later. 👍
In fact, I’ll bet a two dollar pistol that will happen.
Payback can be as simple as ingredients. A sack of their favorite grain. A few pounds of their favorite hops. Etc...

LOL, a two-dollar pistol! That's a good idea... ask to see if anyone in the area can help out and pay them back with beer or ingredients. Obviously, the best option would be that your wife (is that your boss? ) was a homebrewer and either made the beer herself or allowed you to make it because she's down with the hobby. However, I'll say again that moving sucks and I realize that brewing is ALWAYS close to the bottom of the to-do list so first things first, then beer.

Unfortunately, the wife despises and hates everything about beer and my brewing. Any brewing activity is grudgingly tolerated and "allowed."
We have stood toe to toe more than once the issue.

I have been there before but I must have prevailed with staying power. Years ago my wife suggested I stop making beer. She eventually came around to being okay with it and she drinks my beer so I have that in my pocket too. I occasionally make beers specifically for her which also helps.

About every 2-3 beers I drink I have hear about how much my wife hates the smell of beer.
She thinks I spend too much time brewing. FTR More than one batch in the same calendar month is an extreme rarity.

Guess I'm lucky to have a wife who is fine with my brewing(when I was) and beer. She sent this to me yesterday with the text: "We now have Cigar City beer!" Attachments:
