Give it time. You can dump it later. But you can never undump it. True. But I can always make more beer that I will not have the issues. As of now it is bung up in the fermenter carbonating some. I will be moving it to a keg tomorrow. Time will tell.

I did. It was ok but it will be in the back of my mind that there was mold in there. It may be for the best as the beer seems to be struggling to even ferment out. Started at 1.051 on the 5th and only at 1.028 today. Not sure why since I gave it a good starter of Bayern that was active when pitched. When something goes wrong with a brew like that it's always at the back of my mind and i think of it every time i drink the beer. I learned to just dump It or give it away rather than going through the torture of being reminded of the screw up every time i poured a pint.
