I watched the Brewers-Cubs game on Fox on Saturday and at first it didn't register... but then I realized Fox added virtual fans. I know some teams that would love to 'fake the crowd' whether there was a virus or not... Pittsburgh, the White Sox, the Marlins. They're tricking us!!

Bundesliga puts in the virtual crowd noise for their matches. Quite authentic sounding.

Milwaukee has been selling "seats" for $50 for the season. Send in a picture of yourself and they will generate a cardboard cutout and place it in a seat.

It's really weird. I had the Cubs on yesterday down in the basement but I was doing some other things and would just occasionally come downstairs, watch a few minutes and then be on my way. I was coming down the stairs and I just heard "crowd noise" and thought "well at least it's not a commercial" and then got to the TV and thought... it's so normal to hear the crowd noise that I forget they're pumping it in. It's pretty realistic including when there is a strikeout, deep fly ball, etc. Honestly, I'm just glad there is baseball. I missed it.
