I see JKor building THIS over the next few weeks. There must be some photographic voodoo happening because the inside looks WAY too roomy compared to the outside. Still, an amazing job.

I saw this the other day. It was not good timing as I am waiting on a wood delivery to build a new shed. My mind started to wander!

I was going to say that they did an amazing job of capturing the UK pub vibe but then I saw it was in the UK so it's not as impressive. But...isn't the point of a patio to be outside?

How much you suppose that set them back? Looks like big $$$ to me. I wondered the same thing but I assume that they were handy and did most of it themselves and that labor would not factor in. The materials may not be that expensive. The lighting could be low-voltage or he may have just run an extension cord and hidden it so that would have kept electric work to a minimum. But the attention to detail, holy cow. I'd like to have a pint there. Imagine a cool & rainy Saturday afternoon with a soccer game on the telly and just hanging out in your own backyard pub.

I take that back. The story says that the couple had the pub built for them by an outside company. Yes, big $$$, I assume.

I posted this in The Pub over at AHA. Someone found the "base kit"... CLICK. About $3000. That should get your juices flowing. Shipping would suck though!

It looks like the base kit's ceiling is NOT raised as it is in the pub. They must have made a modification to it.

"designed for people wishing for a small office in their garden or as a summerhouse"
A 10x10 summer house, eh? So British.
