Sometimes I make my own Wundergrain when I look at the bottom of my grain bins. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) I did have a box EXPLODE in the heat once. I think I posted about it on the blueboard. Pilsner, Munich and Vienna ordered from Rebel Brewer and in bags and milled. The gases made the bags inflate and it also happened to be hot. When the shipment arrived, all the bags were blown open and all the grain mixed together. Fun! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

A buck a pound seems pricey for mystery grain.

The LHBS got bought by More Beer. During the transition, the hop inventory did not get moved over. The owner took the hop pellet inventory mixed them up and handed out 4 oz for a competition. Make a mystery beer.
The only competition I ever entered.

They had decent prices on some other stuff I needed (giant bottle of Star San, PBW, etc...) so I added 10# of this to make free shipping... Got it last night. Lots of different colors. I can see some flaked oats, some wheat...
I might try a batch of half base grain, half this... see what happens.

Dude, dive into the deep end of the pool. Use 100% wunder grain. There is no place in the middle on this one. Go balls out or stay home & safe.
How awesome would this be if this is the best beer you ever brewed? You could never make another batch.

Dude, dive into the deep end of the pool. Use 100% wunder grain. There is no place in the middle on this one. Go balls out or stay home & safe. Well, I brew small batches and I have 10 lbs. I'll probably do both! Maybe I'll try the 100% first! I think I fear that more than the beer coming out bad!
