I have no idea why I have floaties in my beer and it is irritating. I DH's the pilsner with 2oz of Hallertau Blanc using that new method discussed here. I think I was at 39/40 degrees. I left it on for about 60 hours before I racked and it has been in the keg for about 5 days cold and I still have hop particles. This keg even has a floating dip tube. Almost makes me feel like hops are stuck in the poppet of the keg or something because I would assume by now they would have dropped.
Shame... pretty beer too.

Throw some gelatin at it? Or your choice of clarifier? I hate doing it to carbed beer but I have in the past.

Dumb question: when's the last time you cleaned your faucets/draft lines?
I ask as I've had this same issue happen to me in the past, and the culprit was often (not always, but often) a dirty line and/or faucet.
I use the 425-style Perlicks, and when I took the faucets apart, the amount of buildup wasn't pretty, but after cleaning them and the lines, the beer poured a lot clearer.
Just an idea.

Lines are new because I just went and changed them to that really hard slick plastic that uses the john guest fittings. I thought it could be the tap so I moved it to an empty one just to see... maybe I should pull a pint for science?
