Oooo, nice. That's actually their brown sauce I was talking about. I like it but it ain't as good as the smoky black.
The brown tastes like raw habs and is the hottest of their sauces.

I've been making tortilla pizza lately using red Yucateco as the sauce. Ghost pepper tortillas as well. This is ground beef, black and green olives and mozzarella. 10mins in the toaster oven with a couple rotations to heat evenly. No ketchup on my pizza.

Found it at my 'diverse' grocery store just now... I took a whiff of it and WOW, smoky. I'm also making tacos right now so...

Wow, Chils... this sauce is boss. Sincerely. I do not taste 'habanero'. I taste "chiles" and I taste smoke. There is heat but the flavor is so freaking good. I probably would have never picked this up if you hadn't mentioned it. Also, I know that some dillweeds on the blueboard would regale us with their way to make the perfect and traditional tacos but sometimes I just want what I consider to be "American tacos"... ground beef seasoned with powdered taco mix and hard corn shells. That's what I just made. I topped it with shredded mild cheddar, some Crema Supremo (slightly thinner sour cream... easier to drizzle over the taco) and this El Yucateco. Damn. Good stuff.

Yeah, the first time I had it I was surprised by how much flavor it has. Not like any other sauce I've had. I actually put it away for awhile then tried it again and it has steadily grown on me to where it is probably my favorite sauce. Love this stuff. It is a very assertive flavor though.Glad you found some.

That whole description sounds delicious. Beans, ham, jollies, rice and the black hot sauce. Geez, man... why didn't you tell me!? Seriously, do you have a recipe? Is this something your wife just throws together or is it some mystical recipe with all kinds of sorcery?

Sometimes she buys a bone in ham steak, sometime the cubes. Garlic if you like. Sometimes she cooks them in the crock pot. This was on the stovetop. Rice in the rice cooker. Good eatin'

Cook some cornbread to go with it and you have a southern staple

I have never, ever used dried beans and resurrected them but I would. I'll look that part up and go forward. Cheers my friend!

You've done everything but come over here and make them for me. Yes, I am totally making this. It seems like a cooler-weather thing so it will be a little while but one day I'll be thinking about something like this and BOOM! I'll call it something catchy like Randy's wife's beans.

I've gone through 3 bottles of this sauce in the past month. Walmart online has 3-packs for around $6 something. Thanks for the suggestion chils, good stuff!
