The brewhouse has been shut down for the past week or so. Been moving stuff around, power washing the slab, degreasing,etching etc.
Planning on laying down primer on Thursday. I hate with a passion painting of any type- but doing DIY because, well, I'm cheap. Quotes have ranged in the $3k range. I did have access to some commercial grade exopy thru a family member, so it isnt the stuff from lowes or depot.
Hoping it'll be worth the downtime in the brewery!

I hope you took before and after pictures. I would love that for the garage and my basement brewery ... some day maybe!

Primed the first section yesterday, and laid down the expoxy and chips this morning. Going to let it cure for a week before putting on a clear top coat with a powder for grip. Looks promising.  |

Here is one person's experience. Sounds like the high end stuff is not as easy to work with.

Here is one person's experience. Sounds like the high end stuff is not as easy to work with. Saw that video when it came out. Definitely turned me off from the rock solid line from rustoleum. The stuff I got was pretty user friendly; mix the catalyst, and apply like paint. To mu surprise, very little bubbles came up on the first coat. |

If he gives something a thumbs down, it must be pretty bad. |
