Dang brother. My wife had a stroke 5 yrs ago. I am her full time caregiver.
She took blood pressure meds before the stroke but doesn’t now. The only thing is: we have to ensure any meds the Dr orders are not on the long QT list. No matter how many times we tell them they still try to give us drugs on the list from time to time.

I have many admissions due to patients taking meds they shouldn't be or taking things that shouldn't be combined. Most often BP meds with a patient running low blood pressure already and related syncope/falls/broken hips.
Usually have been taking the meds for 20yrs but never take their blood pressure. Things change.
